Finding his footing

The transition was rocky at first. Aoriqileng dropped his UFC debut by unanimous decision to Jeff Molina in April 2021, then lost a second straight decision to Cody Durden later that year. He steadied the ship in 2022, opening with a first-round TKO of Cameron Else and following it with a unanimous-decision win over Jay Perrin at UFC 278. That two-fight run established him as a legitimate roster member after the difficult start.

Building a UFC résumé

The years since have been a mix of hard tests and resilience. A first-round knockout loss to Aiemann Zahabi in June 2023 was a setback, but Aoriqileng answered with a unanimous-decision win over Johnny Munoz Jr. later that year. A 2024 bout with unbeaten Daniel Marcos ended in a no-contest after an accidental groin kick, and he then dropped a decision to top prospect Raul Rosas Jr. at UFC 306. He rebounded in spectacular fashion in October 2025 with a first-round TKO of veteran Cody Gibson, before a 2026 TKO loss to Cody Haddon. He carries a professional record of 26–13.

Fighting style

Aoriqileng is fundamentally a Sanda striker who has rounded out his game into a complete MMA package, describing himself as a fighter who works on "everything — striking, boxing, wrestling, grappling." His record reflects that pressure-fighting identity: 9 of his 26 wins have come by knockout and 16 by decision, with a finish rate near 38 percent that points to a volume striker who can hurt opponents but often wins on activity and toughness. His knockout power is real, as the stoppages of Cody Gibson and Cameron Else demonstrate, but his losses — several by decision and a few by submission — show that elite grapplers and sharper technicians at 135 pounds can outpoint or out-position him. He remains a durable, aggressive presence who is most dangerous when he can dictate a striking pace.
