Contender Series breakthrough

The defining moment of Duben's career came on Dana White's Contender Series in September 2024, where she met undefeated prospect Shannon Clark. Duben needed barely a minute, dropping Clark with a clean punch for a first-round knockout that earned her a UFC contract and announced her as one of the more explosive additions to the flyweight division. It was the kind of statement finish that defines a Contender Series night, and it carried real weight given Clark's unbeaten record coming in.

Into the Octagon

The step up to the UFC has been a test. In her promotional debut in March 2025, Duben ran into Carli Judice, who stopped her in the first round with a head kick and follow-up punches – the same kind of finish Duben had so often delivered herself. She returned in June 2026 against unbeaten Jeisla Chaves and showed her durability and competitiveness, going the full three rounds before dropping a split decision. The loss was narrow, and the fact she pushed an undefeated opponent the distance suggested the gap to the UFC level is closing.

Fighting style

Duben is a pure finisher: five of her six wins have come by knockout or TKO, the other by submission, giving her a 100 percent finish rate as a winner. Her game is built on power striking, with knockout ability in her hands and feet, and she is comfortable closing the show early rather than grinding out decisions. The flip side is that her aggressive, stand-and-trade approach has left her vulnerable when she faces an opponent who lands first, as the first-round head-kick loss to Judice showed. Her split-decision performance against Chaves, however, demonstrated a more measured, three-round version of her game.
