UFC run

Abdul-Malik wasted no time validating the hype. He opened his UFC tenure by overwhelming the experienced Duško Todorović with a first-round TKO in November 2024, then continued the finishing run with a second-round stoppage of Nick Klein in February 2025. He showed a new dimension that June, going the distance for the first time in his career to earn a unanimous decision over the durable veteran Cody Brundage. In December 2025 he returned to form on the UFC 323 card, submitting Antonio Trócoli with a first-round guillotine choke. His unbeaten streak finally ended in March 2026, when Yousri Belgaroui stopped him in the third round – the first defeat of his professional career.
