Entering the UFC

Glenn arrived in the UFC after a stretch of regional success that included finishes of Chris Manuel and a decision over Ramiro Hernandez in 2016. His promotional debut was a tough one, a decision loss to the experienced Evan Dunham at UFC Fight Night 94 that same year. He responded well, decisioning Phillipe Nover at UFC 208 in 2017 and handing previously unbeaten Gavin Tucker his first loss at UFC 215.

Featherweight to lightweight

Glenn's featherweight run had its ups and downs. He dropped a decision to Myles Jury at UFC 219 to close 2017, bounced back with a decision over veteran Dennis Bermudez in 2018, then lost a decision to Kevin Aguilar later that year. After a layoff, he moved up to lightweight and announced the change in style with a first-round knockout of Joaquim Silva in 2021, one of the best wins of his career.

Recent fights

Glenn fought to a majority draw with the highly ranked Grant Dawson in October 2021, a competitive result against a top contender. His most recent UFC bouts proved difficult, with first-round knockout losses to Christos Giagos in 2023 and Drew Dober later that year.
