Road to UFC tournament run

Lee earned his contract the hard way, through the UFC's Road to UFC tournament. In May 2023 he stopped India's Rana Singh with first-round elbows and punches, then in August 2023 broke down undefeated Chinese wrestler Daermisi Zhawupasi with a third-round TKO to reach the final. There, in June 2024, he edged the durable, vastly experienced Long Xiao by split decision to win the bantamweight bracket and secure his place on the UFC roster.

UFC run

Lee carried his momentum into the Octagon. In April 2025 he stopped Cortavious Romious with a second-round TKO via punches and elbows, the kind of finish that has become his signature. His first promotional setback followed in November 2025, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Timmy Cuamba, leaving his record at 11-2 with both losses coming on the scorecards rather than by finish.

Fighting style

Lee is a finisher first. Six of his 11 wins have come by knockout or TKO and one by submission, a 64 percent finish rate, and his stoppages lean heavily on elbows and punches in close. His grappling roots show in the early-career keylock and in his comfort fighting in tight, but it is his striking volume and finishing instinct that have carried him through the Road to UFC gauntlet and into the promotion. Tellingly, he has never been finished himself – both of his losses came by decision, pointing to durability and a high competitive floor even on his off nights.
