Contender Series and the Octagon

That Cage Warriors form set up his breakthrough. In September 2025 he stepped onto Dana White's Contender Series and needed barely a minute, blasting unbeaten Croatian prospect Dani Barbir with first-round punches to earn his UFC contract in emphatic fashion. He made his promotional debut at UFC London in March 2026, and this time showed a different gear, grinding out a unanimous-decision win over Antonio Trócoli across three rounds. It was the first decision victory of his career, evidence that the one-shot knockout artist could also dig in and win a measured, full-distance fight at the sport's highest level.

Fighting style

Kondratavičius is a striker first, and his MMA record makes that plain: six of his nine wins have come by knockout and two by submission, with that recent UFC decision the lone bout to reach the scorecards, for a finish rate near 90 percent. His kickboxing pedigree gives him sharp, powerful hands and creative finishes, from flying knees to clean punching combinations, and his length lets him fight at range. He has also shown a developing submission game with his armbar finish, though his single career loss came on the mat by rear-naked choke, marking grappling exchanges as the area opponents will look to exploit against the long Lithuanian.
