UFC run

Rowe's promotional debut did not go his way: he dropped a 2021 decision to Gabe Green at UFC 258, and around that same period tested himself in submission grappling against the likes of Gabriel Checco and Kody Steele. He answered back in the cage. In July 2021 he stopped undefeated prospect Orion Cosce with strikes in the second round, then opened 2022 by halting veteran Jason Witt, again by second-round TKO. His signature UFC night came in December 2022, when he weathered and then finished gritty veteran Niko Price by third-round TKO. The deeper waters proved harder: he was outpointed by former title challenger Neil Magny in a 2023 split decision and lost a unanimous nod to Jake Matthews at UFC 302 in 2024. Between bouts he also stepped into Karate Combat, where he was caught by grappling ace Craig Jones. He steadied the ship in June 2025 with a third-round TKO of Ange Loosa, but then dropped consecutive decisions to Seok Hyeon Ko in November 2025 and a tight split nod to Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani in February 2026.

Fighting style

Rowe is a finisher first and foremost – every one of his wins has come inside the distance, split between seven knockouts and four submissions, with no decision victories on his ledger. He uses his length to manage range and pour on volume, and his jiu-jitsu black belt gives him a real submission threat the moment a scramble opens up. The recurring theme in his losses tells the rest of the story: six of his seven defeats have come by decision, a sign that when opponents survive his early pressure and drag him into the championship rounds and judges' scorecards, the math has often gone against him. He is at his most dangerous when he can impose tempo and force the action to a finish.
