Flowers reset and put together the best run of his career in 2022, beating Tim Caron by decision and stringing together stoppages. The signature moment came on Dana White's Contender Series in August 2022, where he beat the highly regarded Amiran Gogoladze by first-round TKO after a slam injured his opponent's shoulder – a result that earned him a UFC contract. UFC run

The promotion's deep waters tested Flowers immediately. He debuted at UFC 291 in July 2023 against Jake Matthews, who submitted him in the second round, then dropped a 2024 decision to veteran Michael Johnson and was submitted by Evan Elder later that year.
