Building a name on the regional circuit

In May 2023, Ramirez delivered one of his most complete performances, breaking down Jeremie Holloway with leg kicks for a third-round TKO at XMMA 6: Bash at the Beach. The win earned him a spot on Dana White's Contender Series later that year, where he ran into surging Brazilian knockout artist Carlos Prates. Prates stopped him via second-round TKO, handing Ramirez the first defeat of his career. He answered emphatically in December 2023 with a first-round TKO of unbeaten prospect Aireon Tavarres at LFA 173, a statement performance that finally secured his UFC contract.

The UFC run

Ramirez's promotional debut came in March 2024 against the seasoned Thiago Moisés, who chopped him down with leg kicks for a third-round TKO. Ramirez returned in July 2025 to face Mike Davis, but again came up short, stopped by punches in the second round.
