Contender Series and UFC debut

Dudakova earned her UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series in August 2022, out-pointing previously unbeaten Brazilian Maria Silva over three rounds for a unanimous decision. Her promotional debut in July 2023 was as dramatic as it was decisive: she beat Istela Nunes when Nunes suffered a dislocated elbow in the first round, an injury stoppage that put Dudakova in the win column in unforgettable fashion. She backed it up that October at UFC 294, grinding out a unanimous-decision win over veteran Jinh Yu Frey to push her unbeaten run to 8-0.

First setbacks

The undefeated record finally fell in August 2024, when Dudakova dropped a razor-thin split decision to Sam Hughes at UFC Fight Night. A tougher night followed in January 2025, when she was stopped by elbows in the second round against Fatima Kline — a loss made more memorable by an emotional post-fight moment in which Dudakova slapped her husband-coach in the cage, an incident for which she later issued a public apology. The back-to-back defeats were the first real adversity of a career that had to that point been all forward motion.

Fighting style

Dudakova is a submission-first fighter who hunts the finish: four of her eight wins have come by submission and two by knockout or stoppage, with only two going to decision, for a strong 75 percent finish rate. Her rear-naked choke and armbar are genuine threats off the back and from top position, and she pairs that grappling with developing striking that can produce finishes of its own. The two losses on her ledger exposed the work that remains — a split decision she could not quite win on the feet, and a TKO that showed she can be hurt when fights stay standing — but at flyweight she remains a dangerous, finish-minded grappler still early in her UFC arc.
