UFC career

Nunes made an instant impression in the UFC, scoring a first-round knockout of the previously unbeaten Bea Malecki in her promotional debut in August 2021. She followed it with unanimous-decision wins over Ramona Pascual in early 2022 and over Zarah Fairn on the UFC 283 card in Rio de Janeiro in January 2023, running her promotional record to a perfect start. The competition then stiffened. She dropped consecutive decisions to Chelsea Chandler in March 2024 and to Jacqueline Cavalcanti by split decision that August, before suffering the first knockout loss of her career to the hard-hitting Priscila Cachoeira in March 2025.

Fighting style

Nunes is a knockout-minded striker through and through.
