Invicta years

Mizuki became a fixture in Invicta FC, the sport's premier all-women promotion. The breakthrough came in 2012 with a first-round armbar of Alex Chambers at Jewels, and she followed it in 2013 by decisioning Bec Rawlings at Invicta FC 6. The competition stiffened as she climbed: she dropped a split decision to undefeated Karolina Kowalkiewicz at Invicta FC 9 in 2014, then a unanimous decision to the unbeaten Alexa Grasso at Invicta FC 11 in 2015 – two losses to future UFC standouts that showed exactly where she stacked up. In 2018 she went the full five rounds with another perfect prospect, Virna Jandiroba, losing a split decision, before bouncing back with a unanimous-decision win over Viviane Pereira at Invicta FC 32.

UFC run

Mizuki carried her form into the UFC, edging Yanan Wu by split decision in her 2019 debut at UFC on ESPN+ 15. A 2020 unanimous-decision loss to the hard-hitting Amanda Lemos slowed her momentum, but she returned to the win column with a decision over Hannah Goldy in 2023. In her most recent bout, she outpointed Jaqueline Amorim by unanimous decision at UFC 321 in 2025, a poised performance against a dangerous grappler.

Fighting style

Despite the karate roots, Mizuki's calling card is her submission grappling: nine of her 16 wins have come by tapout, the overwhelming majority by armbar, giving her a 56% finish rate. She blends a slick, opportunistic ground game with steadily improved striking and the cardio to compete at a high pace deep into fights. The knock on her, written across her losses, is a tendency to come up just short on the cards against the division's elite – five of her six defeats are decisions, several razor-thin – but her durability is notable: she has never been finished as a professional.
