A globe-trotting grind

Misech's career became a study in resilience as he tested himself against rising talent on bigger stages. In 2014 he dropped a decision to Trevin Jones, a future UFC fighter, at PXC 45. Two years later he was stopped late by Austin Springer, taking a fifth-round TKO at Prime Fighting 6 in a fight he had pushed deep into the championship rounds. A 2018 appearance on Dana White's Contender Series ended in a decision loss to Ricky Palacios, but the experience underscored that Misech could share a cage with UFC-caliber competition. He kept swinging, and at Bellator 212 that same year he flattened Edward Thommes with a flying knee and punches.

Signature wins and later years

The high point of Misech's resume came in December 2019, when he knocked out former UFC contender Erik Perez in the first round at Bellator 235, dropping the experienced Mexican veteran with a left cross and finishing with ground-and-pound. It was a marquee scalp that validated his power against a name opponent. The years that followed grew leaner: Misech tried his hand at bare-knuckle boxing, returned to MMA, and in 2024 ran into the grappling of veteran Wilson Reis, who submitted him with a first-round arm-triangle choke at Cage Warriors 166. Through the wins and losses, Misech has remained a fixture of the Pacific fight world, still competing and still dangerous deep into his career.

Misech is a finisher first.
