Allan Nascimento is a Brazilian flyweight competing in the UFC, a submission-first grappler who carries a 22–6 professional record into the 125-pound division. Born in 1991 in São Paulo, Brazil, he picked up the ring name "Puro Osso" — roughly "all bones" — for showing up to the gym painfully skinny as a teenager. Nascimento has been remarkably loyal to a single camp, training out of Chute Boxe under Diego Lima since he was around 15 years old, and he is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt whose ground game is the foundation of everything he does. Path to the UFC
