Finding her footing in the UFC

Aldrich's official UFC tenure opened with a 2016 unanimous-decision loss to Juliana Lima, but she quickly steadied. She strung together decision wins and, in 2018, scored two of her most notable victories: a unanimous decision over Danielle Taylor in January, then a clear-cut decision over highly regarded Polyana Viana in August. A 2019 TKO loss to unbeaten prospect Maycee Barber was a tough night, but Aldrich answered with a unanimous-decision win over Lauren Mueller that October.

Veteran consistency

From 2020 onward Aldrich settled into her identity as a reliable, technically sound gatekeeper and spoiler. After a split-decision loss to Sabina Mazo in January 2020, she reeled off wins over Cortney Casey, Vanessa Demopoulos and grappling ace Gillian Robertson. Losses to Erin Blanchfield and Ariane Lipski da Silva were followed by a strong rebound in 2023—a TKO of Na Liang and a decision over Montana De La Rosa. After a 2024 decision loss to Veronica Hardy, she closed strong with decision wins over Andrea Lee in March 2025 and Jamey-Lyn Horth in April 2026.

Fighting style

Aldrich is a cerebral, decision-oriented technician. Twelve of her 15 wins have come on the scorecards, and her 20% finish rate reflects a fighter who wins with output, ring craft and the ability to bank close rounds rather than chase the stoppage. Her taekwondo base gives her sharp, well-timed kicking and footwork, while her jiu-jitsu provides the defensive grappling to survive against submission threats. The honest limitation is finishing power—she rarely ends fights herself, which can make her victories close, and the most dangerous opponents have been aggressive grapplers and finishers able to capitalize when she gives ground.
