Jack Jenkins Record: 14-5-0

UFC arrival and rise

Jenkins made an immediate impression on the sport's biggest stage. He debuted on home soil at UFC 284 in February 2023, outpointing Don Shainis over three rounds for a unanimous-decision win in Perth. He followed that with a hard-fought split-decision victory over Jamall Emmers at UFC on ABC 5 in June 2023, moving to 2-0 inside the Octagon and into the conversation among the division's emerging names.

Adversity and resilience

The climb was interrupted in September 2023 at UFC 293, where a freak arm injury forced a second-round TKO loss to Chepe Mariscal — a setback owed to misfortune rather than being outclassed. Jenkins answered emphatically in August 2024, grinding out a third-round TKO of Herbert Burns by retirement at UFC 305. A submission loss to Gabriel Santos at UFC 312 in February 2025 was another reminder of the level, but he rebounded again with a unanimous-decision win over Ramon Taveras in September 2025, restoring his momentum.

Fighting style

Jenkins is a balanced, finish-capable featherweight whose 14-4 record carries a 64 percent finish rate, with six knockouts and three submissions among his wins. He pressures behind sharp boxing and damaging leg kicks while staying dangerous on the mat, where his triangle and rear-naked choke wins show real grappling depth. His decision wins also point to dependable cardio and the IQ to win rounds when a finish does not come. The honest gap in his résumé sits in his submission defense — three of his four losses have come by tap — making scramble discipline against elite grapplers his sharpest test.
