Ailín Pérez Record: 14-2-0

Fighting Style and Attributes

Perez fights primarily as a striker, with her Sanda and Kung Fu background providing her with superior striking angles, footwork, and hand positioning compared to typical bantamweight opponents. Her four knockout victories suggest she can generate sufficient power to finish opponents through striking. Her two submissions indicate some grappling capability, though she is not primarily a submission specialist. Her purple belt in BJJ suggests solid technical knowledge of submissions and positions without the elite-level grappling credentials of a black belt. Perez’s primary fighting approach likely revolves around establishing Sanda striking range, using superior footwork and angles to land combinations, and avoiding being taken down into positions where her grappling disadvantages become apparent.
