Building a contender's resume

Dumont rebounded immediately, decisioning Ashlee Evans-Smith in November 2020 and then edging former title challenger Felicia Spencer by split decision in May 2021. A signature performance followed that October, when she outpointed Aspen Ladd over five rounds in a main event. After a competitive split-decision loss to Macy Chiasson in May 2022, she settled in at bantamweight and reeled off a long winning run, beating Danyelle Wolf and then veteran Karol Rosa in 2023.

Climb up the rankings

The wins kept coming against name opposition. Dumont decisioned Chelsea Chandler in July 2023, then handed former champion Germaine de Randamie a clear unanimous-decision loss in April 2024. She added a statement win over former title challenger Irene Aldana at UFC 306 in September 2024 and edged Ketlen Vieira by split decision in November 2025, cementing her standing near the top of the division. That stretch ended in April 2026 with a unanimous-decision loss to Joselyne Edwards.
